As standard, we use Thailand Post service, depending on their pickup schedule. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

REFUND POLICY
Special orders are non-returnable.Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in the case of jewelry, in unworn condition. Please notify the shop by email before the return. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.The customer is responsible for shippings costs associated with returns. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
